If you have lost a loved one, whether it be a spouse, a child, parent, friend, you know that feeling of “wandering through a wilderness” alone. There may be people all around, but you feel sad and alone. Grief Share is a support group for you, whether your loss was a month ago or 5 or years ago. As you meet weekly with others who have lost a loved one, you will find a safe place to share your feelings with others, to watch a video featuring both experts and people like you who have lost someone, and discuss what you learn. This 13-week group experience can help you see that all of the mixed emotions are feeling are normal, and will help you get through the difficult days. We are offering these groups once again in Spring of 2018 on Mondays beginning January 22nd through April 16th, with a morning class from 10:00a-12:00p, and an evening class from 6:30p-8:30p.
