Praying for Others
Praying for others is one of the disciplines that God calls us to make a part of our everyday life. Prayer is one of the primary areas of focus in the KUMC community of faith and we have many prayer warriors who are standing ready for you at any time. As Christians we are encouraged by the apostle Paul in 1 Corinthians 12:12 to pray without ceasing and this includes prayers of intercession for the needs of others.

On this page you will find prayers from individuals who have asked for prayer from the whole body of Christ. They have come to us with their needs and given us the opportunity to lift them up to the Lord. Please take a moment as you read over these requests to exercise this privilege and place their petitions into the loving embrace and healing hands of the Lord. And after reading this list if you feel led to contact them in a personal way and offer assistance where you can then pray to God for the courage and strength to act upon the leadings of your heart.
