1. Participant Information & Application Packet: Download this information about deposits, passports, required training, payments, and immunizations.  The Application for International Trips is also found in this packet. (Please note: Youth have a different application form!)  You may fill out the application and email it to Rev. Judy Tefteller.
    
2. Most trips require completion of KUMC's Safe Sanctuaries training, which is a child protection training. This training may be completed online.  (Click the Safe Sanctuaries link for more information.)

Deposits and payments for Mission Trips may be made online by logging into KUMC Community and making an online donation through the "Giving" tab.  PLEASE BE SURE TO LIST THE NAME OF THE MISSION TRIP IN THE "Optional Description" box after you fill out the amount field for "Contributions".  (Mission trip payments are recorded as Contributions to KUMC and will be reflected in your personal Contributions records.)
    

The 2012 High School mission trip to Costa Rica (July 20-28) is fast approaching! Deadline for registration forms and $200 deposit is April 15! There is limited space on this trip; so, if you are interested, please contact Cathy Parva (281-358-2137) ASAP! Total cost is $1300. Please review instructions and turn in all forms from the links below.
